Diamond Plex
Home to the Polk State women’s softball team, the sprawling Diamond Plex is among the finest softball facilities in the state, and is comprised of four 300-foot fields and one 210-foot field.
Completed in May 1998, this award-winning complex is complete with batting cages, digital scoreboard, bullpens, women’s locker room and showers. It boasts such unique features as red crushed-limestone warning tracks, scoreboards equipped with game clocks, modern lighting, and permanent bleachers with seating for 1,200 spectators.
Other unique features include a press room, meeting facilities and a playground. Diamond Plex hosts adult and youth amateur softball tournaments.
